I follow the virtues because it’s a new year, so that means it's a new day. I think all the virtues are working out very good in our school.
A lot of students show them by listening to the teachers. The virtue I see the most in school is perseverance. Students show perseverance because most students try and try if they can’t get there work done.
Also I think most of the school shows kindness because a lot of people help others and say kind things to one another. The one virtue that I mostly show is helpfulness. I help others by sticking up for students when they are hurt or upset. The rating I would give virtues would be a 4 out of 5.

I interviewed 4th grade student Jaden from Mrs. Scott's class and he said that he would give virtues a rating a 5 out of 5. He sees a lot of students following the virtues. The virtues he has discussed in his class are kindness, peacefulness, self-discipline and detachment.
He shows the virtues sometimes, but not all the time. "I would say in the middle because some days like, I am kind and show self-discipline. Sometimes I don’t show all three. I’ll show one or two."
"If you're not following the virtues, you should stop and think about what to do and what virtues to follow."
